Adjacent podium footprint has been amended .Building C2 has been redesigned with a new layout and elevation, stayed in same place, rotated approximately 90 degrees.Building C3 has been moved west -The commercial podiums on plots A and C have been amended -Commercial floor area increased by 289m² -35% affordable housing by habitable room -Number of units the same, change to housing mix -7 year consent -Updated Environmental Impact Assessment information and other documents -Additional car club parking and blue badge commercial parking has been allocated off street along Smugglers Way
